Understanding your rights and our refund procedures for SpotStreamFirst services

1 Refund Eligibility Criteria

SpotStreamFirst offers refunds for our project budget management services under specific circumstances. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if you meet the following criteria:

Service cancellation requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial purchase for premium subscriptions, or within 7 days for one-time consulting services.

Refund eligibility applies when services have not been substantially utilized. For our project management platform, this means you haven't created more than 3 active projects or processed budget data exceeding ,000 in total value. Training program refunds are available if less than 25% of the curriculum has been accessed.

Technical issues that prevent service access for more than 72 consecutive hours, despite our support team's intervention, automatically qualify for partial or full refunds depending on the duration of service interruption.

Our refund process is designed to be straightforward and transparent. Here's what you can expect when requesting a refund:

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your original payment method and financial institution.

Important: Refund processing times vary by payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days, while bank transfers may take up to 10 business days. PayPal and digital wallet refunds are usually processed within 2-3 business days.

3 Refund Scenarios and Amounts

Different situations qualify for varying refund amounts. We've structured our refund policy to be fair while accounting for resources already committed to your projects:

Full Refund Scenarios: Complete refunds are issued when services cannot be delivered due to technical failures on our end, when you cancel within the initial trial period before substantial service utilization, or when we discontinue a service you've purchased.

Partial refunds calculate based on unused service time and resources. Monthly subscriptions are prorated from the cancellation date forward.

Partial Refund Calculations: For consulting services, refunds are calculated based on hours not yet delivered. Training programs refund 75% of the fee if less than 25% is completed, 50% if 25-50% is completed, and 25% if 50-75% is completed. No refunds are available once 75% or more of training content has been accessed.

Custom project work follows a milestone-based refund structure. Payments for incomplete milestones are fully refundable, while completed phases are non-refundable but don't affect refunds for remaining work.

4 Payment Methods and Processing

Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. This policy ensures security and helps prevent fraudulent refund requests.

Credit and debit card refunds appear as credits on your statement, typically within one billing cycle. The transaction will show "REFUND - SPOTSTREAMFIRST" along with the refund amount. If your original card has expired or been replaced, contact your bank to ensure the refund reaches your account.

Bank transfer refunds require verification of account details before processing. We'll email you a secure form to confirm your banking information matches our records. International transfers may incur additional processing time and potential fees, which we'll discuss before finalizing the refund.

Digital wallet refunds (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are typically the fastest option, usually appearing in your account within 1-3 business days of processing approval.

In exceptional circumstances where the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue refunds via alternative methods after additional identity verification steps to ensure account security.
