SpotStreamFirst offers refunds for our project budget management services under specific circumstances. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if you meet the following criteria:
Service cancellation requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial purchase for premium subscriptions, or within 7 days for one-time consulting services.
Refund eligibility applies when services have not been substantially utilized. For our project management platform, this means you haven't created more than 3 active projects or processed budget data exceeding ,000 in total value. Training program refunds are available if less than 25% of the curriculum has been accessed.
Technical issues that prevent service access for more than 72 consecutive hours, despite our support team's intervention, automatically qualify for partial or full refunds depending on the duration of service interruption.
